Whether you are looking to have an affidavit, POA, retirement or workers compensation forms completed, I am here to help. I have notarial certificates to include along with your forms or bring your forms as required.

I have helped with vehicle sales and transfers by notarizing out of state titles and have even met at Weld County DMV to notarize registration documents.

I am comfortable with visiting hospital rooms, rehabilitation centers, detention locations and hospice to help your family members get final documents completed.

Finally, there are times where I can’t help but can point you in the right direction for Apostille services or help explain what a form is requiring you to do.

Home Closing, Refinance, and HELOC

As a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and a certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA) since 2022, I can assist in your home closing needs. Whether you or your title company contract with me, I have guidance to help you with your home documents.

Short on time? I can ensure that your documents are properly mailed and/ or scanned to your title company as well as ensure that you are aware of your tracking number while your documents are en route.

I contact with many national and local signing platforms which verifies my credentials and background to include SnapDocs, Unlimited Ink Notary, and Find a Notary.

Officiant Services

Colorado is a great state to say your “I do’s” . Let me help finalize your documents or perform your ceremony. I have a beautiful backyard that boasts a waterfall and covered gazebo with fireplace should you wish to hold something outside and take photos.
